Excellent service. You can’t beat their prices. Very knowledgeable staff and super helpful.
I've been going there for my honda parts for years, the guys are good. Usually the cheapest i've found in montreal (and even online at times). Last time went to buy a bulb, asked if this doesn't fit, can i come and exchange it. He said no problem. Didn't fit, let me exchange for the right one and all was good.
I've been going to these guys for years now. The prices are the best I have seen yet! The people know what they are doing and are courteous! I order my parts by phone or in person. They have ALWAYS been polite.
Unfortunately, Nat's Auto Parts is permanently closed after many many years in business. I had been dealing with them for over 50 years. Excellent counter staff who knew their products well. I was shocked to pass by on Jan. 21st 2025 to find the shop dark and locked up since late 2024.
I have been going for years to this place up until I met the owner... He doesn't care for long-term relationships and retaining customers. He wouldn't even return a light bulb that I didn't use which was worth $15. I left my bulb there and will never step foot inside again 👏
