i called him to check the price of a part and he answered me if i want to buy or check the prices i told him i want to compare the price with the online he hung up the phone directly this is disrespectful manner from him
Unfortunately, Nat's Auto Parts is permanently closed after many many years in business. I had been dealing with them for over 50 years. Excellent counter staff who knew their products well. I was shocked to pass by on Jan. 21st 2025 to find the shop dark and locked up since late 2024.
I've been going there for my honda parts for years, the guys are good. Usually the cheapest i've found in montreal (and even online at times). Last time went to buy a bulb, asked if this doesn't fit, can i come and exchange it. He said no problem. Didn't fit, let me exchange for the right one and all was good.
Old man was pretty rude over the phone today. Don't see why anyone would deal with that, will just buy my parts online from now on.
