All the nurses and back staff were completely nice, however after I had gotten the nexplanon implant. I had asked how much and the lady at the front told me I didn’t have to pay anything, so I wasn’t preparing later on for payment because of that, then a few weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying I have a bill past due from them, I had called them asking about it and the front was extremely disrespectful and not kind to me.
