The Natrona County Health Department is a gemstone in Casper’s crown. I am impressed by the dedication and intelligence of the many women who service Casper’s people. The medical care is outstanding.
I came in for an annual appointment at 3:15 I came in at least 10 minutes early. I got back pretty fast and had to pee in a cup. After I did that I sat in the room by myself for almost 40 minutes while hearing other people go in and out that came in after me. I walked out of the room I was in and asked if someone was going to come see me or what the deal was. There phones must be broken cause i’ve called every two hours since 8:02 and still no response what are you guys doing?? do better.
