All the nurses and back staff were completely nice, however after I had gotten the nexplanon implant. I had asked how much and the lady at the front told me I didn’t have to pay anything, so I wasn’t preparing later on for payment because of that, then a few weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying I have a bill past due from them, I had called them asking about it and the front was extremely disrespectful and not kind to me. The Natrona County Health Department is a gemstone in Casper’s crown. I am impressed by the dedication and intelligence of the many women who service Casper’s people. The medical care is outstanding.

I came in for an annual appointment at 3:15 I came in at least 10 minutes early. I got back pretty fast and had to pee in a cup. After I did that I sat in the room by myself for almost 40 minutes while hearing other people go in and out that came in after me. I walked out of the room I was in and asked if someone was going to come see me or what the deal was.
