Dr.Ballal and his staff are amazing! I even witnessed a mother very upset because she was in a rush to go to another appointment the same day she had this appointment, like why would you even make two appointments that close to eachother? Anyways I say that because they still remained very professional to that very rude mother! They were the sweetest and most helpful people I have encountered in a doctors office. They do not answer their phone. I called for hours today all to voicemail. Also in the past would call about 4 times before someone answered.
That doctor is great but the staff needs improvement!
Dr Ballal is the real deal. Great for pediatric cardiology exams/scans. The office NEVER answers faxes or phone calls or voicemails. HOWEVER If you call the after-hours line and tell them it is an emergency (because any appointment is an emergency for a newborn, toddler, or child in regards to heart concerns) then they will promptly schedule you. Incredible doctor and was able to diagnose POTS very quickly which many other doctors often overlook! He has helped not only me but also other friends and family members!
