I have taken my dogs to this hospital for years. Recent change in ownership is noted and I read the reviews-well I disagree- the staff at the front desk treated me with with respect. My anxious Shepherd always needs her trazadone to get through any visit. This time Dr. Pate administered the exam with me in the room and Melissa and another tech gave her shot and trimmed her nails. Avoid this place with your fur loves Went in to get an ingrown hair and excised as I’ve had done many times before. I wasn’t aware Dr.Kirshs had retired. The new owner replaced every Veterinarian that was there before. They are now salesmen I sat dumbfounded & amazed as Vet came in & racked up a bill for over 1900.00$ Every other words that came out of her mouth was a new charge for sedation for teeth cleaning, removal of ingrown hair & cultures she wanted tested & on & on & on Been goin here for 15yrs they’ve ruined Dr Kirs... read more
