I called to schedule a simple basic service. The man taking the call was super rude . There wasn't enough money in it for him I guess and he was short and rude with me not just saying we can't do it it's like I can't do it if you don't like it you know that's tough. In so many words he didn't stay on the phone long enough for me to explain what would have been a 20-minute job for him, straight profit. Labor only

Great service! Some scum busted the window on my old Ford Focus and I was given a quote by Safelite was double the amount than what Natomas Mobile Glass gave me. They quote they gave me was including taxes/fees - so no hidden fees at the end (unlike Safelite). Sold! They came out the next day (using a local contractor from ASI) and replaced my window without issue. Would definitely recommend supporting a local business. Last week my passenger side window broke and with a $500 deductible and a five day wait for my insurance, I called around. Natomas Mobile Glass came to me the next day for $279 and did a great job. They also saved me $200.

Overpriced. Called around to multiple shops for a quote and they were by far the most expensive. Didn’t even try to retain my business.
