No warning, shut the business down, with about $145 of my money as deposit for forwarding. Could have at least told us she was shutting down, i didnt find out until TODAY despite many emails etc. I wonder how much mail i missed...

I received this email August 14, 2019 Dear NATO Customers, I sincerely regret to inform you that effective immediately, NATO Mail will no longer be in operation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the decision was made to close the business. After Ron’s passing in 2016, Andrea tried her hardest to keep NATO Mail operational. No Nato mail has been received in over a month. Andrea was always so helpful and kind and mail was delivered via Nato each week. She was evicted from the building on Tuttle over a month ago and taken to court and her cell phone and business phone not in service. The landlord of the building has no more information to help anyone. I have called every hospital and she is not a patient of any. The landlord said she promised we would all receive our mail. Went in person to the office to try to recover my mail. No longer in business. Apparently evicted. Sign in window “Closed - Will be in touch”

This place is empty, gone and the post office has been notified they are no longer in business. Main post office is holding mail that is after August 19 (when they were notified ) until September 19 but no clue on where the older mail is. Have been to the building twice. No notice in door just an empty shell. How about a refund for the remaining service due under our contract?

I have had this service for eight years, and it has been a great experience. However, I have recently been expecting my new bank card and renewed drivers license. For the past week, I cannot get ahold of anyone- the voicemail is full, and no answer to my email. I am at wits end. I hope she is OK, and at least let us know what is up.

Just started with NATO, cannot reach by either phone number, mailbox is full. Emailed , no reply. I think this is a 1 woman show & maybe she is ill? Will need to cancel
