The vietnamese chubby lady that assists with customer service on phone and in-person has to be the most condescending, unprofessional and incompetent person I've dealt with Called up for a simple quote to remove one tyre off a used spare space saver (I had bought earlier at wreckers) onto my own space saver rim - as there is no new tyres available for the specific specs i need She repeated back and asked to take both tyres off? which i replied just one Said I was not listening and not understanding which I full understood wh... read more
Good service however after getting the tyre changed there, Tempe Tyres had it for $40 cheaper. Overpriced!
