I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company and treat this company like a Philly with the flue. You will have the worst experience of your life and when you try to get help like my wife did, you will be hit with countless emails and endless phone calls, but no help at all.
Do not trust this company at all. They sell phony and fictious travel insurance policies from SURGE insurance. If you try to make a claim for a lost baggage or a trip delay you will end up with zero. The last person in the world you want to trust is Anika Jantzon Nicol or any staff member working at 15710 JFK Blvd Suite 225 Houston, TX 77032. A friend suggested Nativity Pilgrimage Tours since it was advertised by Ave Maria radio and we signed up for the Eucharistic Congress event in Indianapolis, IN, July 17-21, 2024 through Nativity. Anayeli, only Nativity contact listed never returned a phone message and only returned a group email response of overwhelming requests received. We should have canceled with them then. to say I am very disappointed with Nativity's services is to say the least. We were supposed to have a tour in Santiago de Compostela of the cathedral plaza, the cathedral, and the museum. We were told that the tour was to be at 10am. After the tour guide called to confirm the time with our guide from Nativity, we were told by our Nativity guide that the tour would begin at our hotel and not the cathedral plaza at 9am. 42 days since I requested refund on trip to Mexico was canceled and still nothing recieved. Customer service poor to nonexistent when trips are canceled.
Nativity Pilgrimage has been less than cooperative when trips are cancelled. I had fully paided for a trip to Mexico for the dates of 11/4 to the 7th, 2024 in May. The trip was cancelled by Nativity Pilgrimage 100 days prior to the trip. There is a full refund if cancelled at that time. I call & sent an email requesting my refund on July 30, 2024. As of September 9, 2024 I have not received my refund. I question their efforts to fulfill my request in a timely manner.
02/21 after my first initial 1 star review then I get this from Jacob. Same person I spoke to in December 2023 on the phone who assured me he will get my refund back to me. He called me first to ask me to take down my review and tbey will issue me a credit. What? After 6 months of you telling me I will get my full refund and Heather saying I should stop sending emails that you are working with the vendors to get refunds back and Caroline just stopped communicating I'm October 2023.
