The massage therapist was warm and kind, though visibly uncomfortable having to explain their minor policy at the door. I booked services for my 16 year old daughter under my own account, and the booking system has no age field, so there was no way for them to flag this in advance. I had a wonderful experience with Ivy! I booked a deep tissue massage and it made a huge difference. Her demeanor was also very welcoming and put me quickly at ease.
My husband and I recently visited Native Zen for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. Our therapist’s , Ivy and Emily were both fabulous. Gabriella, the owner was pleasure to work with as well. I made something very easy, hard and needed help with my online purchase. She jumped right in and fixed everything for me. Her incredible kindness and patience was truly amazing!! We highly recommend Native Zen! ❤️

I have been trying to find my massage therapist for YEARS. That has changed after today. I could cry tears of joy and gratitude for finding Christina!!!
