UPDATE: Once installed, cracking showed up quickly in the concrete retaining wall, pool deck and coping. At this point, Native Waterscapes all but disappeared, despite this work being under warranty and despite me having a pool maintenance contract with them. I just had my pool installed by Native Waterscapes in the West Lake area of Austin. While initially the person who designed my pool and gave me a quote had some personal issues and was very unresponsive, once the management realized what was going on, they personally saw to it to make it right and see it to completion. They also quickly resolved a few minor warranty issues relating to some stones in the deck cracking.
