I’m impressed by their services. My move was smooth, all items intact and undamaged. Delivery was also fast and seamless. I highly recommend this service.
HORRENDOUS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! (Pun intended!) Though the initial conversation was very friendly, as moving day arrived, the nightmare began. Before the movers even started, I was hit with an additional charge DESPITE leaving items behind that were in my original estimate. As our stuff was loaded and on the way, we received a text an hour before arrival that we owed more...namely DOUBLE what the original estimate was despite already being charged 3 deposits previously. They helped me with a last minute move. Very nice people and good service. Price was high but I had to do it asap. Highly recommend. Ask for Brian.
From the initial conversation with Rachel at Native van lines,Qa phone call, The guys that were gonna load the truck called told me when they were going to be there. They got there early, very professional very efficient quick they wrapped everything up. They loaded the truck and off they went. They gave me a time on when it’s going to be delivered. I’m only on the second day, but I have no doubt at all that they will not be there on that date. I’m very very impressed with this company and I highly recommend them.
