We currently have over 60 solar panels, which we have had for over 10 years. These work well. However, we had an enphase system installed to help power our house during power outages. Unfortunately, this system has failed us every time we have had a power outage. I had 4000 watts added to my existing off grid 7800 watts because 2023 was SOOOOO hot that the generator ran over 100 hours during the summer. Last year San Antonio had 75 100+ days. This year, SA only had 25 100+ days but my generator didn't come one once to refill the batteries. When Native Solar designed my system to add in the 4000 watts, they included removing my 4800 watt inverter and replacing it with a 15,000 watt inverter.
