I recently met Derek at Native Solar and I mentioned to him some concerns that I had about the solar that was installed on my home several years ago by another company. Derek recommended to have his technical crew come out to see if they could find anything wrong with our system. From the moment a ticket was issued in their system, the communication was unbelievable. We currently have over 60 solar panels, which we have had for over 10 years. These work well. However, we had an enphase system installed to help power our house during power outages. Unfortunately, this system has failed us every time we have had a power outage. My husband just spent about 1 hour outside in the rain on the phone with support trying to trouble shoot the problem, but didn’t have much luck.
