Tried three visits to business over two months to get him to come to house to give estimate on work--landscape, new tree, plants , etc. Left anme and phone numbers with young man there each time. Never calls or comes out. Had landscaping done by merchant who was glad to collect the several thousand \$ we spent. Tree issue will go to someone else who is interested in business. Spoke with several others at church and in Chapin. Appears this is the way this business operates---hit or miss.
