Bad Service and Poor Brass – Poor service as Im practically ignored on multiple occasions. Did not get the attention of staff when I needed help or had any questions except for the female and the gentlman with glasses. Purchased their onced fired brass or their "experienced brass" and discovered out of a package of 40 cases nearly half were unreloadable with deep dents and severely warped case necks beyond repair.
