Just wanted to comment on the staff at MarineMax Islamorada. I have kept a boat at the marina for the past 3 years. I was very impressed with the sales and service dept. Melissa Crowley was always very friendly and she makes sure that your service gets done and follows up to make sure you are happy with whatever you had worked on. I have lived in the Florida Keys for 38 years and always try to buy from local businesses. We met MaxMarine's salesman, Tommy Brashares, at a local Keys boat show. Tommy was welcoming and helpful as he explained the attributes of the Boston Whaler we were interested in. Well we haven’t purchased a boat as of yet from them but felt compelled to write a review on how excellent the staff is. Tommy in sales very nice guy, Melissa is the manager in svc, was greeted with a fantastic attitude and great smile, and Alexis head of operations was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Lots of luck Marinemax in your latest acquisition.
Tommy is the best when it comes to boat deals! He worked his butt off putting my dream boat deal together and holding it together when it seemed like it wouldn't happen. He was very prompt at returning texts and calls when I had questions - outstanding customer service that is virtually impossible to find these days. Alex is awesome as well - a skilled captain and very personable when it came time for delivery. I highly recommend these gentlemen when you get ready to buy a boat.
Thank you Alex and Tom for the greatest boat I have ever seen you guys went out of your way to find me the perfect boat, and were very professional and courteous the whole way through. I would never buy from anyone else in the Florida Keys. Again, thanks again for making my dreams come true.
