I purchased a ring at this store in January 2025 visiting Sedona. I wore the ring approximately 15 times in less than six months and a stone fell out. I emailed the store and was told I would have to pay for repair of the ring and shipping to the artist. When I asked about the cost of the repair, they were nonresponsive. Hopefully, you will not have any issues with your purchases as they do not warranty what they sell and customer service is less than satisfactory.
