Inconsistent policy on making wings to order. Independently owned franchise tarnishing corporations reputation. There is one bartender A younger Hispanic lady who is always friendly and trying to accommodate.
Just left there. We didn't even make it to a table. We were waiting for seating. Had at least 2 waitresses see us and not say a word. That is not good customer service. We waited a bit and no one ever came to tell us anything. Another couple came in minutes after us and they left after we left too. No one attending that the front.
It was Thirsty Thursday, we didn't know. Arrival time: 540pm: At first, the front greeter was going to have us wait 15 min for a table, even though there was plenty of open spots, but she did sit us right away, after I pointed to the open booth. They waitress was very sweet and nice took our drink orders and food order right away: Family deal (Large peperoni pizza, fries, 10 wings- drums only, 1 salad). I like a the family bundle deals here and thats why I came here but we waited 30 min and nvr received our drinks. She also gave me the wrong wine. After waiting 30 min, we just left. Never had that happen before where our drinks was never served. Poor, poor service!!
