Didn’t want breaded wings how about learning directions
I've been here before, and the food and service were superb, but the last time, early June, the food was subpar, and the service was terrible. I don't drink alcohol, so I wanted a soft drink. The machine didn't work up in the loft, and even after many requests, the machine wasn't fixed, nor would they bring up a pitcher of Coke. Fortunately, I wasn't paying as it was a company function. I hope we move to a different venue next time.
When we walked in several tables had people eating. We were never met by a hostess, so my husband went to a waitress, and she told him we couldn't order until 3pm. We were there at noon. She wasn't very nice about it either. Guess we'll never go there again. At least explain yourself and be courteous.
I’m sure it’s not the staffs fault, they seem so nice, but the food here is really bad. It’s somewhat flavorless, dry, it has a weird texture. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.
