What happened? We have eaten here fairly regularly, almost weekly, over the last eight years and it's usually good service and food. But something has changed the last few months, service has gotten slow, inaccurate, and not friendly. The employee 'culture' has changed and the staff does not seem to care anymore and the employee turn over rate has noticeably increased, seems like the entire staff is new each time we have been here the last few visits. Took way too long to get our orders
Food and service is always amazing! Sara was great and remembered our order. we will be back!
The wings are always great here and our family enjoys the pizza. We love the atmosphere of the restaurant and enjoy bingo/kids night, so great for the little ones. The servers are amazing, so are the managers, Kaitlyn and Jason. They all have great service and are very attentive. Our family loves Native!
