I just left my lash lift appointment. Val was wonderful! She answered all of my questions, explained each step of the process, and kept me informed throughout the entire appointment. Her professionalism and customer service were excellent. As for the lash lift itself, I learned that it's just not for me. I honestly prefer the look I get from using mascara, as I've had better results with that.
