I had put aside a $90 ring and a $1,100 cuff and was still shopping. When I wanted to add a necklace to my pile, he told me “ I’m gonna put it back in and IF you decide to buy it I will get it out again….”! What?! I was literally asking you to add it to my pile. So incredibly rude, I walked out… 🤯 UPDATE: I call BS to your response, I was asking you add it to ring and cuff that you had IN YOUR DRAWER for me to purchase, nothing was just “sitting out”.

Had a ring of my fathers that needed a new stone. This is the place to go! The gentleman there is a jeweler so he knows what he is doing. He had the ring fixed within days and it looked amazing.

Went here a few weeks ago. Walked in and due to the weather we had our hands in our pockets. Was greeted with something along the lines of "it will be a great day if you keep your hands out of your pockets". He decided to follow us around the store the entire time. If you are that terrified of someone stealing your stuff, hire security instead of being creepy to your customers. Update- The bizzare response from the owner (and similarly rude and bizarre responses to others) speaks for itself. This is a business to avoid.
