Patina is a very cultural experience with rehab getting off drugs or alcohol the staff is amazing very professional the classes are very mindful and culture education love the sweat lodge and talking circle and the morning smudges to heal you as your days in there to get thru them positive..
Intake staff triggered a panic attack by removing my therapy items and didn't seem to understand why I wasn't comfortable staying. It was recommended that I "go smoke a cigarette" for my anxiety. Luckily the desk staff was very polite, addressed me by name and provided a cold water.
Patina was very helpful, understanding to my issues and atleast made in effort to work with me! But I allowed the small things run me off! They cared, listened always could put a smile on my face when I would be angry, went to them for advice! Thank all the staff there for all they do!

My fiance was here to get treatment i was under going serious life threatening medical issues and they refused to tell my fiance cause they didn't believe me. Now someone who has caused harm to her a few years ago shows up as a patient and she leaves because she didnt feel safe there and they are refusing to let her leave with her prescribed medication because it is a controlled substance but wanted her to sign a form that they released the medication to her.
