After reading prior one star reviews it looks like I am not the only one who has issues with their scheduling and responsiveness when in the waiting room. First appointment was canceled, they told me they would call to reschedule, they never did, I had to call. I was doing a free 3 session option through all one health. They charged me so I had to call them and remind them not to charge me. Currently I am being charged again. We only had 2 sessions so far. Would not recommend this company to anyone I know. Cancels appointments with notifications late at night, multiple people can read your text threads, and they leave you sitting in the waiting room without asking if you’ve been helped for your appointment that is way past the scheduled time. If you want to repeat your story a million times over maybe this is the place for you.
Nicole helped me so much and I really can’t put it in to words here. I am forever grateful for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and guidance. I came to understand myself in ways I never knew were possible.
