I visited a Nativa furniture store in La Jolla specifically this location; and was disappointed with the customer service. When I entered, I was not acknowledged or greeted by the staff, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. My experience with Nativa interiors was wonderful. From the beginning of the purchase to the constant communication from the company regarding the delivery up to the end, when my bed was eventually delivered. Esteban and his team did a wonderful time communicating with me the delivery the set up and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything went well.
