I worked with Renee on choosing fabric and ordering our American Leather Couch and everything went smoothly. She was great. Where I was SUPER impressed was when our couch arrived damaged and I worked with Aldo Lopez in their Claims Department. He was extremely responsive and accessible. He followed up. Update: Nativa has been working with us today to resolve our issue. Once we receive our barstools I will update my review. Due to their help today I have updated to 4 stars from 2. I am deeply disappointed in the service. I ordered bar stools several months ago. They have been ready for a month now. But I have yet to be contacted by the warehouse for delivery. They took my final payment. I was told that the warehouse sale is taking place now. They do not have time to contact me.
