I am extremely happy with the service I recently received from Nativa and Aldo Lopez. I had bought a sleeper sofa from Nativa several months ago, and because I expressed afterwards that the mattress was much harder than we had experienced at the Solana Beach store, Nativa replaced the entire mattress with a more comfortable mattress. We really didn't know until we had guests sleep in the original mattress that it was not what we were hoping, and Nativa could not have been more accommodating. Aldo Lopez is our Nativa service representative. We have purchased a lot for our home through Nativa. Sometimes things happen beyond the shop's control. Aldo has always gone the distance with us and "done the right thing" to make sure we are treated well. Thanks go to Aldo.

After working with Aldo and Ramon at Nativa, I couldn't be happier. I had a small issue with chairs that were custom made and a couple calls, a fix, and they are good as new.

Worst customer service and support ever. We bought a very expensive couch from Nativa. The footrest on one of the sections was bent. It took 4 months to get a replacement part and that part was also broken. Another 2+ months with no followup on 2nd replacement part. Apparently every replacement part has to come from Italy and they send it by slow boat. Throughout this, customer support has been non-existent.
