After working with Aldo and Ramon at Nativa, I couldn't be happier. I had a small issue with chairs that were custom made and a couple calls, a fix, and they are good as new.
Worst customer service and support ever. We bought a very expensive couch from Nativa. The footrest on one of the sections was bent. It took 4 months to get a replacement part and that part was also broken. Another 2+ months with no followup on 2nd replacement part. Apparently every replacement part has to come from Italy and they send it by slow boat. Throughout this, customer support has been non-existent. Great service and product quality.
We contacted the Nativa Interiors store in Solana Beach a few days ago regarding with an issue with the header on a couch that was out of warranty. The sales associate directed us to customer service. Aldo Lopez quickly reached out to us to let us know he filed a claim with the manufacturer. After a few emails describing more detail, he provided us with detailed instructions and pictures to perform the repair. We followed his instructions and immediately fixed the problem.
