I have used the guys from The Movers Group two times to move my business studio. I can't speak highly enough of them. They were professional, courteous, and they know what they are doing!!! Im really happy I used Movers Group. I had a lot of antique furniture passed down to me from my grandparents and I didnt want to do it myself but I also didnt quite know who to trust with all of my prized possessions. When the movers came to the house they put mats on the floor so the wood wouldnt get scratched, they wrapped, packed and crated all of my antiques with extra care knowing how much they meant to me. We had a great experience with The Movers Group. We used them to move all of my boyfriend's stuff from his apartment into our new condo about 15 days ago. They arrived right on time (actually, 15 min. early), and were extremely efficient and professional throughout. They finished the move in about 3 hours, and my boyfriend has a lot of heavy furniture. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend these guys to anyone... I could not have asked for a better moving experience. We had two walk-up conditions (we were moving out of a second floor unit and moving into a fourth floor unit, no elevators) and we were only having movers move our furniture and really heavy stuff like boxes of books, etc. It was a pretty labor intensive move, but we did not hear a single complaint and these guys were fast, friendly, and fabulous. We booked the move in early March, and it did not occur to me until the week before the date-- We had booked IRISH movers at 8am, March 18th. I called the day before to confirm, and they laughed at me. No worries-the fellas who were going to be celebrating St. Pat's were not the ones who were working the following morning. We had to move at the end of April across the city and called The Movers Group. They arrived on time, were friendly and cheerful, and endlessly patient as we figured out how to get my furniture into my new apartment (with a tricky security gate). Nothing was broken or scratched and the move felt like it took no time at all. The cost was reasonable and WELL WORTH IT.
