Prob should have asked but did know know glasses would take 10 to 14 days and were made in New Jersey! Once they were finally done, they shipped on a Wednesday and on Saturday, they are still not here! They have no means to expedite shipping at all! Does the optical at Penney’s not realize people are ordering glasses because they need them! Must have provision for customer to be able to pay for expediting shipping. No more Penney’s optical.
After a different Eye Doctor gave a poor RX for my glasses, David stepped up and took Excellent care of me. Super nice , Friendly and Knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 Star's I would. Thank you David and Jcpenney Optical for my new Glasses! Highly recommend!!
Great experience. I would highly recommend. Cristina assisted me with 2 pair of glasses within the last year. I had a minor issue with 1 pair after about 7 months. I had purchased the warranty at the original purchase. Cristina exceeded my expectations on a replacement pair. I will be a long term repeat customer. Thank you.
I have been going here for a few years now, the technicians are always very sweet and helpful, and always help me out with the best deals for my glasses. They don’t try to force you to upgrade to all the extras like some places do, and they work with your budget. The eye doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly as well.
Had appointment for 3:30. We arrive at 3:25. See the outside entrance we needed to go for to get exam. Door is locked everything appears dark. We decided to go in the store and ask if anyone knew what was going on. We were told to go to the back of the store. We finally find it. Then they have the stones to tell us we have to go back outside to get the exam. We explained it was locked. They called and said the optometrist was there now.
