Went in just to have my glasses adjusted. Had 3 pairs as I live in the boondocks and don't get to a JCP often. The guy who works this optical location had no enthusiasm to help me and not a clue how to PROPERLY fit/adjust glasses. Not once did he physically test them on my face to see how loose they were - just kept handing them to me and I'd end up giving them back for lack of tightness. How did this guy get his position?? Just by having a heartbeat?
The staff is nice and helpful when you visit. However, my husband ordered glasses, which came in over a month later. When I ordered contacts, I had to keep calling the eye center as well. It took longer than the "week or two" estimate they give, and getting them to call you back and let you know what is going on is a hassle. I'd suggest going somewhere where they carve you lenses in store or better facilitate orders.
Nobody has called, back I've now left 3 messages, I spent 250$ on glasses and i can't get them because nobody will call me back!
