Had the pleasure of being helped by Liz today. My insurance has sent me around the damn world to get glasses, and after having been to 5 other places I ended up here. -only to find out that they didn't accept it either! Lol. Liz really went out of her way to help me though. She knew exactly who to call/who took my insurance, and what direction to point me in. -And when I mentioned being absolutely famished on top of my aggravation, she even broke out some pretzels for me! One of the most disgusting customer service experiences I've ever had. Robin is one of the nastiest individuals and has absolutely no business working with people. I would rather let my eyes burn before ever spending a penny with this woman. I will continue to let people know.
I will never ever bying a pair glasses at this store again...Liz and Robin I have no word to discribed how unprofesional and rude they'are.
I have been getting my eyes checked and have been purchasing my glasses at JC Penney’s vision center for years. The doctors have changed but the two people who have consistently been there to assist me year after year are Robin and Liz. They are competent and friendly and are always more than willing to help whenever I go in. They have offered their opinions when I am trying to decide which frames look best and whenever my glasses have needed adjustments they work with me until they are just right.
