I brought my aunt to pick up her glasses at 2pm on a Monday. Place was closed, no note or posted hours. A JCPenney supervisor tried to track down an employee who said it was her day off. Terrible service. My aunt is disabled and elderly and it's incredibly hard for her to get out and about.
I was very close to canceling my eyeglass order because it was taking too long (three weeks). I'm glad I didn't. The optometrist was very through and professional, which is great for those of us who dont like strangers in our personal space. My glasses came in and WOW! I can see! The person who helped me stayed late for me to get there on a Friday. The quality of work, materials, and the extra help makes me a very satisfied customer. I will be back. Thanks!
