My family and I have been coming here on and off for over 16 years. We have had nothing but great experiences with our eye exams. The doctors have always been very thorough and professional. . Melanie always goes above and beyond to help us with our contact orders and glasses. She takes her time with and makes sure we get the best deals. We enjoy coming here and we feel like we are always treated like family.

In December I went to JC Penny optical in Citrus Park Mall, the Dr I saw was great, the lady who took care of me, I thought was doing a good job, took the measurements, said the type of lenses she was ordering, was the best of the best. 2 weeks later I got my glasses and they had been made wrong, I couldn’t see. very impressed with this optical store. My exam was done thoroughly and the Dr was very nice and knowledgeable. I was most impressed by the team especially Yelena Gurskaya. She is SO SWEET and fun to chat with. She is patient, helpful, and just a good person. I came to the store in Westfield Mall, Citrus Park, Tampa, FL on 10/12/2019 and ordered a new pair of vision glasses. Ihave been told they would have been ready within 2 weeks. At about 2 weeks they called me to say they were ready so i went to pick them up. The lenses were done wrong, i could not see anything. They tested them and confirmed the lab messed up and said they would send them back to have the lenses redone. The lady said this time shouldn't take more than a few days since it was their mistake.
