The doctor was great as were the staff my problem was when I picked up my glasses and put them on the lens fell out. The technician put it back in and it was ok until I got home and took them off and the lens once again fell out. I brought tw0o pairs and the other pair worked just fine. All in all, I will still use Nation Wide to obtain my glasses and eye exam.
The office staff was great. Very nice and I would go there over & over again if I needed to.
These people were so incredibly helpful. I didn't come to Nationwide to place an order or fill a prescription. I was on vacation and I was having problems with my contacts. They went above & beyond to make sure I could "see" while I was out of town. So impressed. They could have easily turned me away but they were more than willing to help. Great service!!!
When my 9 year old daughter's first pair of glasses came in, the woman who was fitting her was not patient with us at all. I had her adjust the frames 2 or three times, and she asked my daughter (who has never had a pair of glasses before) how they felt. Of course she said good, but they were still crooked and setting too high on her nose. After asking her again to adjust them she put them on her face and quickly said " Ok, have a good day." stupid jerks broke my glaases. now i have to buy another pair for them to possibly break them again! screw that im not going back!!!....jerks!
