I went to nationwide vision in Prescott, AZ. There was a small miscommunication at check in about my appointment time and check in time but I ended up being seen before my appointment time so it was fine. The gal doing my basic eye check was nice and explained the procedures properly. The doctor was also nice, my only complaint is the doctor putting yellow numbing drops into my eyes attempting to do something then not following through because my fluttering eyelids! they were so friendly and so helpful from the staff up front to the doctor in the back they did such a wonderful job in helping me with my eyes and picking out my glasses I definitely recommend this place
I was told by numerous people to stay away from Nationwide Vision. I didn't. I purchased two sets of eyeglass wear. I have had them sent back twice and still have not received them. I have had them in the shop longer than what I have ever had them on my eyes. I certainly don't believe that I should have to pay full price for something that I do not even have in my possession.

Today I went for my new progressive glasses, the doctor & staff were friendly & kind during my process in getting my new glasses.

Clearly bottom line is more important than the patient. They intentionally over-book which means there’s always a long wait even though you have an appointment. Front desk girl very politely said ‘yes we are always like this’. Not her fault. Bad company policies. I can only imagine how the doc feels. Get your prescription done somewhere else that respects people’s time and if you want to bring it here to get their ‘deals’, that might work.
