Went to the Yuma office in 2024 and 2025 for eye exams and glasses (this was the only eye doctor my insurance covered). They did a virtual eye exam via video, not a doctor in person. Was strange. My glasses didn't come out right either time. I felt rushed during both exams. To me they do sloppy work. The office personnel does not know proper customer etiquette. They act like they don't care and are there for a paycheck. Will never go back there again.
