Wonderful service. We were running pretty behind for our 3 children’s appointment and called in advance to make them aware. The ladies here were so understanding and graciously accepted us nearly 30 minutes late. We are so thankful for their, patience, kindness, and efficiency.
I have been going here for a very long time and this location has went downhill. We gave them our insurance information and they did not bill it correctly nor tell us the correct amount we would owe when we purchased the glasses 4 months later we're getting a large bill. Now we can't get it resolved with the billing dept because they are temporarily closed.
Had an appointment scheduled at 3 pm but could not see me because I did not check in at 2:45 pm.
Poor service. Unfriendly.
Horrible service and they lied to me about having trouble with their computer's system saying that they were "down" and they would email my prescription to me. NO SURPRISE BUT THEY NEVER E-MAILED ME MY INFORMATION! INCOMPREHENSIBLE
