hands down Worst one. Very unprofessional. made my appointment for 1:40, I got there at 1:20 and 2:20 comes around and I still haven't seen the Dr. started hearing all the employees talking for her to finally come out and she still had another customer before me! she is very behind and has all the customers on her time. they don't care if you have a set Appointment time !!!! let us miss or be late and its a problem. GO TO GOODYEAR, not here.
I stopped by today needing a screw repair for my glasses, I walked in it was nice and clean the place looked presentable. Also smelled refreshing!! I was greeted with a big smile by Janet very sweet and helping young lady, she was able to get me in and out which is amazing and repaired my glasses with a great attitude. Told me if I ever needed any repairs they’d happily help me.
I feel like customer service at all Nationwide locations on the west have such bad customer service . On the phone and in person . Like the employee doesn’t care to even try working. This location and the one on 75th Ave and Encanto are the same .
