visiting the Bullhead City location to shop and look at their frame inventory of choices... an atrocious shopping experience as you are greeted to wait in queue so staff member can get everyone's name in your party. Then told as company policy that a member of staff must accompany you while you shop -\-\ because they don't want you touching the frames. Don't need to go shopping to be treated like criminals and a 5-year old... plus getting our personal information just to look around. So big brother. Feels like communists run... read more
RecommendedIn the Bullhead City office, Dr. Crook is competent and courteous. He 'found' my AMD and explained the urgency in going to a Retinologist. So thankful for the early diagnosis, making treatment more successful. Also, Nicole (office manager) is always professional and friendly to everyone who enters. This morning, Cassidy spent @15 extra minutes helping determine my best insurance option, and never rushed me. Thanks to everyone at Nationwide Vision - Bullhead City.
Service is decent enough, but 6 to 7 out of 10 times when I call the line is busy. I have currently been trying to call for over an hour, and this is just today. Sounds like they need more phone lines.

I would never go no where different the customer service is excellent
The worst service and make sure you carry your insurance in hand and know exactly what is covered as they will upgrade you right out of what your insurance covers..The worst of it is when I called to change it to exactly what my insurance covered they told me it was to late to do anything and then I had to wait almost 3 weeks and I can't hardly see out of the glasses my $10.00 cheaters were better then the $700. they charged me and my insurance..I hqve tried to get in touch with there corporate 2 times and they never got bac... read more
