They gave me the WORST exam I’ve EVER gotten and I’ve had quite a few over the years. I told the doctor that the power he was giving me for my contacts wasn’t as high as I usually get, but he didn’t listen to me. Then, when my glasses came in, they didn’t even bother to ask how they were & only tightened them because I asked. The staff was extremely unwelcoming and bordered on rude. I love going here they are always helpful and friendly, Great staff. I wanted to try a different pleas so I ended up going to BN&D and they were all horrible and blamed me for a mistake?.... never making a mistake like that again. I'm sticking to NWV forever!
