We had a great experience. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. We filled out our paperwork and were called right back for both exams. The doctor was great with my grand daughter and says she has great vision! So happy to be offered a Saturday appointment too.

One star because that's as low as this rating system goes. I assure you the service, competence, and results are even LOWER! I had the most horrible experience at this location and have YET to have a resolution. Corporate has not responded. A district manager that leaves numbers she can't be reached at, etc. AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!
If I could give this store a negative star I would. Every time I come here the employees stare at you like you from a different world. Then we had an appointment at 9a and we aren't even pulled back for the actual eye exam until 10:10a. Completely ridiculous.
