Myself my husband and my son have been going to this location for the last 2 years. Staff is very friendly. The eye doctor Sylvie Pham was very informative, energetic and most of all she loved my kitty kat mask. The assistant manager took her time helping me pick out glasses and colored eye contacts. She even told me a little story about dog's she fosters. I felt comfortable for a person who is NOT a people person. Jess Reid
I’ve been a loyal customer of this Nationwide Vision located in the arrowhead mall area for about 4 to 5 years now and unfortunately have had plenty of bad experiences with Dr. Sylvia Pham and today’s experience was more then enough for me to never do business with this place again. Coming from a previous loyal customer of this Nationwide location in arrowhead I’d 1000% recommend you take your business elsewhere.
This is an awesome location!! The ladies here were friendly, kind, courteous and helpful!! I had went to the Norterra store the day before and had a horrible experience! I was not optimistic today going to the arrowhead location! But the staff here at arrowhead went above and beyond to make myself and my mother feel welcome and actually wanted in there store! I will go here anytime I have eye wear needs!! They were awesome!
Very professional and understanding. The Optometrist was really funny and original as well! Enjoyed my entire experience. 5/5
never recommend this location. I've done eye exam for contact lens from last month, the Doctor said will call me and give me a trial pair of contact lens to try it on first but until now been 30 days after the exam date they haven't contact me or giving me any trial pair at all even I called them to many time to asked for it then they said will call me back but they did not.
