Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Location at the 101 and 67th Ave, very friendly, professional and answered all my husband's questions. Lots of frames to choose from. Cinda and receptionist very helpful. The young lady that did the initial testing was very thorough. Dr. Lue Sang was friendly and patient with doing my husband's eye exam.
Scheduled an eye exam. Signed all the paperwork and they brought me back to the exam room. Tech told me that since i’m pregnant they cannot dilate my eyes - I stated I will opt to pay for the retina scan. They then said they don’t have that machine and it’s only at certain offices. I said I wanted to end my exam and they should not bill my insurance as no exam was performed yet. They were polite about it and hopefully wont bill anything.
