Every time I go into this location the two girls at the front desk are so beyond unfriendly, they make it super uncomfortable everyone else there is great it’s just unfortunate that they act the way they do.
I had an outstanding experience at Nationwide Vision! From start to finish, everything was seamless, and I’m beyond impressed. The doctor was absolutely wonderful with my kids. It’s not easy getting kids to sit still for eye exams, but the doctor made the entire process fun and engaging. Dr. Koop is excellent. Very knowledgeable and thorough with eye exam. The technicians are also helpful and do a nice job with glasses.
I really enjoy having Dr Koop as my Dr. He is one of the best eye physicians that I have went to over the last 50 years. Thank you for always being patient and caring.
