The customer service is very incompetent. I simply called to get my prescription emailed to me. I spoke with Celine Toma, who was in charge of the phones. I had to call her multiple times because she didn’t send a consent form to me correctly. When I filled out the form and sent it back, I had to call again two hours later because of no response because she didn’t look through their email correctly.
