I would like to take a moment and commend the staff at Nationwide Vision for their outstanding customer service, caring and dedication. I have been a customer for the past 4 years. This year I experienced some bad changes in my vision and scripts from my regular Ophthalmologist were wrong on two occasions. The dedication of Tania Ackley, (office manger), and Dr. Huber made a very bad situation into a positive one. I went in and did a medical as i was having problems with my eyes i went through the whole exam doctor seemed very nice afterward i was told if i wanted a copy of my prescription it would be an additional $ 18 ok i paid it went back the next day and ordered glassed was told 3 to 5 days now it has been 7 days and i am told it will be another week as they had to send the frames to the lab and the lab just received them wow also the possibility of contacts was never discussed with me as an option to glasses also the 2 pair for ... read more
