ALL MY 7 CHILDREN MADE GLASSES IN THAT SHOP WITH THEM. THIS MEANS I DID THEM A GOOD JOB AND IT WAS TOO GOOD. WE EVEN TOOK GOOD GLASSES A SET OF FRAMES OF ALL SEVEN MY CHILDREN. EVEN I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME ON SATURDAY TO MAKE GLASSES WITH THEM. I WANT TO TELL A STORY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME TODAY WITH THEM. I GET A CALL FROM MY WIFE TO MY PHONE. I got glasses. Told them they made me sick to my stomach. Told me to take them I de. Got them in nov 3rd today Jan 7th they will now go in my desk drawer. Took ins money pulse my money. I HAVE NOTHING. UNACEPTABLE.

They Don't do what they promised! She told me ( Franchezka Maldonado) MANAGER she would get back to me by Friday November 20th. No Call. I paid over $200.00 for two pairs of glasses, Plus my insurance! ! One pair should have been enough. My 3 yr old reading glasses should have been used for the prescription ! Then to get bifocals in my Sunglasses was the reason she didn't even have the courtesy to call. After a definite promise! She wanted me to leave the sunglasses! I asked for a receipt. She refused!! I had a 4:30 appointment for an eye exam. At 5:30 he just put one patient to be examined and still two people in front of me that means I would be examined probably around 6 p.m. . My time is just as important as the doctors and if you're not going to see me until 6 don't give me a 4:30 appointment also while I was waiting there were two other people with a 4:30 appointment how do I send it

This was my first appointment with Nationwide Vision, made for my annual eye exam at the Goodyear, Az location. Kim answered the phone and was upbeat/chipper & able to get me in the next day. The location is an easy access off the 303. Having never worn glasses, I've noticed changes that I attributed to age. Was a little nervous going in wondering possible outcomes.
