Just started my new contract with NTG and it has been my favorite company to work for after 4 years of travel nursing! So thankful to have found my great recruiter, Heather. She has gone above and beyond for me, even working after hours and on the weekend to get me the contract I wanted!
I honestly don’t understand how there are so many 5-star reviews based on my experience. I did two contracts with Nationwide Therapy Group and both times my payroll was grossly incorrect across many weeks. The issues have yet to be fixed and when brought to their attention they don’t give any clear answers or solutions. My mistake was going back after the first time, expecting things would improve. This is the worst agency to work for. For the past 5 months I have been asking for a copy of my last contract and they would never send it to me but they would tell me they would send it to me. It's like they're hiding something. They wouldn't even take my phone calls anymore. I think they are a dishonest company and I wouldn't trust them or work for them ever again.
