The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The gentleman I spoke with has horrible communication skills and is extremely disgruntled. He raised his voice multiple times after explaining something and said he didn’t have time for this. Stay away and purchase from someone who knows how to talk to a human being.
These folks are knowledgeable and earnestly helpful. We’ve bought many parts for our SofTub from them since 2010, including a replacement liner, and have always been happy with their customer service and product quality.
Worst hot tub ever and bad after sale support.
Ray sold us our beautiful hot tub almost 10 years ago. Service has been great and response time very quick. The tub is still going strong and we are very happy.
