Based on observed videos these employees have to be the worst people involved with customer service. Luckily I don’t live in Marysville and have to encounter such bizarre behavior. My suggestion would be do your research and see what kind of people you’re dealing with.

If I had Nationwide as my insurance agency, I would cancel them in a heartbeat. If Dean E. Cook Agency is an example of how people are treated by representatives of this company, it is totally unacceptable!

First of all the first minute I walked into his office he made me feel welcome and spoke as if we knew each other for years. I did the same but he was still getting the job done and each paper he went over it thoroughly with me before signing. I absolutely💯 give him 10 star review if I could.

I discovered Dynamic in 2017 when I purchased a car at a near by dealer. Since then, I've been taking my vehicles exclusively to Dynamic for service and repairs. Leon and Philip are really experienced and professional mechanics. They are fair priced and when the job is done, I know it is done correctly. I've had two cars out them in the past several weeks.
