Not sure why there are negative reviews for Nationwide. I have used them for the past decade and they have always been responsive, accurate, and highly knowledgeable. They have actually saved me from my own mistakes on a few occasions by catching my errors and providing excellent advice. 5 stars plus.
My company worked with Rush Process Service and they are horrible! Do not use them as they are slow and do not communicate at all! They also will charge you extra costs without communicating with you about it. There are many other reputable companies that offer serving that are well established. I take it since there are only 8 reviews including mine that they are either brand new or keep changing their business to hide how bad they actually are. I don't think we will be getting a refund. Would not recommend. They attempted to bill me twice even though I had already paid. I even paid for rush services and they did not deliver within the promised time and would not refund my rush fee even though they did not fulfill their promise of service within 5 days. I had to call on multiple occasions to receive any update on the status of service. It took almost a month for them to actually serve the other party. TERRIBLE and unethical business practices. I called them and asked for information. I asked for an invoice - they said "we don't do that". I was surprised, and said I'd have to think it over. The person I spoke with was very arrogant, basically bragging about their years of experience in this business. The awful quality of their communication gave me pause.
