I called about a product they has listed and basically didn't care If I got it or not. They just didn't care.
Do not order. I placed order and have called many times to get a status. I need the parts before the season. Time is critical at this point and I have no idea where my order is. Wish I would have read the reviews about the company.
GREAT. I had to call to ask about tracking my part. I found that I did indeed have an email with tracking information. My gmail account just deemed it as a promotion email. My part was correct. Service when calling was excellent. Couldn't have asked for better.
Excellent fast service and good prices on hard to find parts, recommended!
