What fantastic customer service! My KIA was dropped off in the middle of the night with a punctured tire. They reached out to me as soon as they opened, took care of the tire, and had me on the road before 9 a.m.
Tracy took great care of me! My engine went out and she tracked down with Kia that my engine was under warranty. They replaced my engine for free under warranty and kept me updated along the way. Thank you for the great service!
