My experience at this location is by far the worst I have ever received at any Nissan service location. I brought my vehicle as a first time customer to the Timonium location to get an oil change since the Owings Mills location closed down. The following day after having my vehicle serviced I began hearing a banging sound while driving (especially when picking up speed) and dragging sound when I proceeded to bring my vehicle to a stop. Excellent customer service. The gals at the front desk are lovely very polite and extremely helpful. Service manager was kind and efficient. I would have given five stars but I went for an oil change and new windshield wipers (this is the second time) they forgot to put my windshield wipers on. Other than that great experience. You don't have to wait too long. You can plug in your cell and watch TV.
Scammers. Me and my mother came in for a recall with an appointment. First off, when making the appointment, the person asked us for the car vin to double check if there were any other recalls. THEY DIDNT FIND ANY. Well I drop off the car and await my call to come pick it up, and they inform me they will need to keep the car overnight as there are other recalls they found. wanted to let you know that I was extremely pleased with my service advisor this morning. Jay did an excellent job of explaining my choices for the tire selection I made. His knowledge of the products made my choice so much easier. He explained all my options and gave me advice on the best tires for me. He always takes care of me. Thanks, Mark Heidelmaier
Even with an appointment, be prepared to wait two or more hours for service. I appreciate a thorough inspection, but I wasn't prepared to wait nearly three hours, even after arriving 30 minutes early for my appointment. After all that, my tire still wasn't properly inflated, and I didn't get a printout of the inspection findings, which I've come to expect from other dealerships. I'll stick to the Annapolis or Glen Burnie locations where I can get in and out more quickly.
