In one week, I had two bad service experiences as a new customer. Neal Hillenburg is the worst Service Manager. He lacks integrity and the worst customer service. I purchased a Nissan Dash Cam from their parts department and made an appointment at 7am on April 29th, 2026 for the installation. They didn't install the camera and I wasn't apprised until 8:45 that it would take 3 or so hours. Remember, I was there at 7am. Lied said they put in a new transmission & I went back because it was running the way it was before they claimed they put a new $7000 transmission in & the guy Jay that supposedly did it gets fired & his boss smh. They are shady & Im going to sue them if they don't fix my car. Worse place I've ever been.
Waited longer than usual for completion of the oil change. Poor service
